Well written. Excellent insight into Neil's mind and thoughts. But I find him curiously serene after witnessing his wife of 30 years betrayal.<P>

No outrage. No confrontation. He's been faithful for 30 years and, judging from her cool demeanor after he got home, she has been operating under a different set of rules. One wonders how many other times she has been screwing someone else a couple of hours before he got home. From her calm unruffled manner and willing acceptance to have sex with him she knows he is not going to suspect anything even though she has just finished up. That tells me it being a rather common occurance.<P>

And what about the disrespect? How utterly delicious for her to have her lover screw her in her own home and then shortly after to have her unsuspecting cuck of a husband do the same. Even if she loves him she had to be turned on by the power game and to think that he was a dummy.<P>

Too bad she unilaterally changed the rules and forgot to tell him. I am estimating their age to be mid fifties or so. That's still young enough to be mightily pissed off at her. The lack of anger astounds me.<P>

The author has developed a repulsive man/ husband which seems to be to THE thing to do these days. I have seen more reaction from folks watching HARDBALL on msnbc.

Of course she is is cheating and has been cheating for Years. Even when she is caught he shows nothing. Imagine what he is like in bed. zzzzz

Since there is no hint of any sort of abuse in this story.... ALL of this is TOTALLY the wife's fault. If after 20 or 25 or 30s years of marriage the sex is gone... if she has lost interest in him or even fallen OUT of love he DESERVES the right to try and fix things or walk away.

His "logic" or throught process is fucking delusional. Does he really think she might want to "swing" with a passionate loser like HIM?

Enjoyed the story, well written and quite a tale. Not sure I would of or could of played it the way the hubby did. But well written and I can only encourage you to keep writing and Thank You for sharing your talents and tales with us.
