The excuses you write are getting very thin

'Why Shonda, why did you do it?''
'Because I wasn't positive I loved you'.
She thought she loved him, but had to have a gangbang to be sure? Since when does letting two guys fuck her six ways from Sunday, let her know if she loves the father of her children or not?

John and Randy Were Rapists Not Lovers

John and Randy got what was coming to them. Blackmailing a woman for sex is rape. Personally, I would have no problems or lose a second of sleep if I had had to kill them to prevent them from raping my wife. Some men deserve to die. In my book they committed suicide. They gave up their right to live when they tried to blackmail a married woman. Five Stars and I selected it as a Favorite Story of mine.

CAN'T BTB EVERY TIME

I love BTB stories, but I love stories involving human compassion and a man who truly loves his wife and family. The killings were a bit heavy handed, but they made for good reading and satisfied my need for revenge. This is fiction after all. GREAT STORY. ..... 5

You wore a toboggan?

Really?
You got your timeline for marriage, pregnancy and cheating fucked up. You write like a simpleton.

two out of three

Two out of three murder cases in the US are never solved.

The one out of three that are solved are only solved because it is an easy case such as a husband killing his wife (automatically the top suspect) or are committed in front of witnesses.

As long as there is no known connection between him and the two of them he is not a person of interest.

But more importantly, as long as there is no body found it's a missing persons case not a murder, and there are millions of unsolved missing persons cases which are not a high priority to police.

Someone suggested the body might be found if someone wanted the person they are buried under moved.
But who would they have move them?
The gravedigger.

DG often writes about things going on in small towns and rural areas, many hotels/motels etc in places like that still don't have surveillance cameras.

Who wouldn't kill to protect their family?

Saw several comments about how cold or sick a person must be to write a story about killing two men. Really? These "men" were blackmailing a woman to have sex with her, and since it was against her will, that makes it rape. If that's not enough, having the pictures come to light would probably have destroyed 3 families; the families of the two blackmailers and Joseph's. Oddly enough, Joseph was only concerned about his family while the two blackmailing scumbags, if they gave their families any thought at all, were only concerned about theirs. I doubt the blackmailers were giving any thought to anything but forcing this woman to have sex again - they had the pictures, they had the power, they thought they were untouchable.

Blackmailers never stop, they've no reason to. They'll keep coming back for more and more unless they're given a compelling reason to stop. Going to the police would have been worse than useless. Cops can't do anything until AFTER the crime has been committed. Sure, they could arrest the guy for blackmail, but the pictures, the shame, the destruction of multiple families, all that would be realized during the resulting trial. Maybe they could have been kept secret if the blackmailers had accepted plea bargains, but that involves too many people knowing what had happened, pictures placed into evidence, having to trust cops to never reproduce the pictures for their own enjoyment, rumors, court documents, etc. Nope, the one sure way to keep everything quiet was to take out the blackmailers.

So, is the life of a man worth your family's protection? What about 2 men? What if 2 armed burglars broke into your home and wanted to take your wife away with them at gunpoint? What about your 12 year old daughter? Or maybe your 6 year old son? Wouldn't you do anything possible to protect them? Is the setup in this story any different? Isn't rape one of the most heinous of crimes? Aren't children always the ones who suffer most during a divorce? How about children who also have to contend with schoolmates telling them about the pictures of their Mom they saw on the internet? And all this as a result of one woman telling two men, "No". Hmm, what to do, what to do?

The protagonist in this story, the Dad and husband, did what he could to protect his family and couldn't care less about the 2 scumbags who died in the process. No intelligent person would waste their concern on two predators, two parasites, in an ocean of humanity. Courts were originally set up to ensure that the correct person or people were being punished for a crime, they didn't want vigilantes running around taking out whoever looked guilty, they wanted to curb the violence and still see the guilty punished - but in a "civilized" fashion. In this case we know the correct people were punished. It was their bad luck to mess with the family of a man who was willing to do anything to protect what was his. They were punished in a manner that would keep them from ever threatening his family - or any other family or women - again.

Yeah, there are many who will weep over the death of these two scumbags, whining about how every life is precious, every person deserves due process...blah, blah, blah. That's simply not true. There's more than enough hate, cruelty, and pain in this world - we shouldn't be wasting our time crying about the loss of two who were busy adding to it. Their families will suffer from not knowing what happened, but they would also have suffered if everything had come to light. This way is better, no? Regardless, Joseph wasn't concerned about their families, only his own.

When you live outside the law, as these two blackmailers were doing, then you had best understand that you're living in a state of lawlessness - and sometimes, the people you attack may choose to do the same. Where there are NO laws, only the strong survive.

Personally, I would kill 10 men to protect my family. Then eat a hearty dinner, go to bed and sleep like a baby knowing I've done my duty as a Dad. Bet on it.

ANOTHER BRILLIANT STORY

loved how he paid those two scum bags back...justly deserved for what they did to her....all men like these two should get the same treatment....another way if you live near the sea is....THE CONCRETE BOOT".....of gangster fiction....or... It may be related, however, to a similar method of execution supposedly once used by the Freemasons against oath-breakers
