Rob and Ellen Ch. 03

I'm ot a fan of multipart stories at the best of times.

Why? Well in a word, any tension or tempo is almost invariably lost. I found this story particularly frusrating because the the tension developed in the first two parts was killed in part 3. Did you just run out of steam or ideas?

Just your normal run of the mill story by JPB. The cheating wife has no respect or love for her husband and continues to cheat on her husband and will do forever more. No one to like in this story. From the husband to the should have been ex-wife to the lover and everyone in between.

I am growing to love this story. I do love the good intentions and no follow through aspect. Ellen is a wonderful character, Stu is a deligthful and horny villain, and Rob is a good hearted and loving husband and learning the requirements of fathering.

I would guess Rob will still have to face a moment of indecision for crisis, Ellen still appreciates great sex when she has it, and what about Stu? I can read this story for a while and enjoy all of the possibilities.

Chapter 1 and 2 is Filled with numerous cases of Rob talking a LOT about DNA testing. Now because Dixie a whore thinks she is sherlock Holmes... Rob thinks that the baby COULD be his and suddenly decides NOT to do the DNA?

what about what the cunt whore wife actually did? Its is important to note That this aspect of the story is of course not mention One time.... by anyone.

You see by focusing JUST on the Baby and never on the whore wife... JOB can fiorce a pathetic reconciliation.

... and undeserving of forgiveness. I love people who come up with solutions that don't solve anything. The problem is Ellen's infidelity. Her mother suggests he accept her back and ignore the baby's actual parentage. This solves absolutely nothing. Now he can pretend that the baby is really his. What a crock. It will weigh on his mind EVERY day. The only thing worse than a problem with a bad resolution (the baby is not his) is one with NO resolution so it haunts you forever. People that accept this type of a solution are too cowardly to face their true lives.

And meanwhile, Ellen is still fucking around. She can't say no for a few months knowing what is at stake? Wow, what a special gal. What a prize. Oh, but wait, she says no at the end of the story so she is all redeemed, right? What a load.

The sad thing is that there are people who make the kind of stupid decisions to reunite like Rob has done. Ellen is a slut and she will do this again. Rob thinks he is forgiving a one time indiscretion and in reality she has screwed around 4 times. I can't believe before getting back together with Ellen he didn't have her followed for a month or two. The reality is that he doesn't want to know. He wants to pretend he has a good marriage. Pretty pathetic. I mainly dislike the story because I don't like people being taken advantage of and Rob is an all day sucker and Ellen has no true appreciation of him. As such there is really no resolution to the story's dilemma. Very unsatisfying.

One of your better story lines

The characters were all interesting and believable. My only complaint is the sudden change in POV. Once again, I found myself having to reread a section uncertain as to who was narrating. Looking forward to the next story.

Plauseable

Sad to say that this is quite paluseable. In real life, I have known a “Rob” that did eventually find out that the kid was his for sure. Through “Stu’s” bragging, he also later found out about “Ellen’s” additional escapade. End of Story.

Ellen is not a nice person

Even if she does not have sex with Stu at the very end. Sorry, that does not redeem her in my eyes. I did admire her honesty with Rob at the beginning but that was quickly offset by her lack of remorse about the sex or pregnancy. Her attitude of "I'm pregnant with another man's baby and if you don't accept it you are an unfeeling bastard" was just a little too much. her willlingness to go back for seconds, thirds and fourths while avowing that she wanted to reconcile just exposed her to be a lying, cheating slut.

Of course Stu was a great villian. Now what does a great villian do when thwarted? Why tell Rob about all the other meetings that she has forgotten to mention. I would love to see that followup story. Ellen's carefully constructed house of lies would come tumbling down. At which time she reveals the DNA test. Yup, it would be a real mess.

That's the best you can do to wrap this story up? Talk about being Gypped. The husband in this story was sooo completely 2 dimentional, I'm surprised his name wasn't Mr. Rob Bland. Even your "player" character seemed weak and uninspired. C'mon, Mr. "I like banging married chicks for the extra zing", after only TWO nights with Ellen Becomes Mr. "I must have you and only you". Hmmmmm, must have been the anal on the first date. What happened to Rob's balls? Where is the chapter where Rob gets some kind of revenge/justice/payback against Stu/Ellen/life in general? I'm just glad this story didn't have your usual overused cliche line "That just does not compute". Now, I know that every story can't end in some elaborate revenge loaded with all the Mission Impossible style gadgets and planning, but there has to be something where the guy can look at himself in the mirror.

JPB, is this the end of the story? Seems unfinished to me . . .

I agree with Wickedwan in thinking "That's it?". Please consider more character development and coming to more satisfying ending, so that the story isn't left hanging. Thank you, JPB!

(The character of Ellen is also remarkably annoying and perhaps a bit hard to believe - but I can live with that for the sake of a good story.)

Never has made sense to guess the future of a story.

The author created it and this one was a sorry job. Never once considered the female with no morals, no self-control, no real sense of remorse as long as she could get laid conveniently. The surprise twist to this story is that the wife confessed getting caught right away. So unusual for LW stories. Emotions here seemed to be distant from the characters. Not much real connection between spouses.

However my one of favorit stories from thecelt the " Special Day" (I offer to read ...) where the wife was only 1 affair with 1 NOT DNA proof daughter and she was not more affair nevermore therefor I like more that charecter "Molly" than Ellen is against her DNA test proof son.
JPB has a story, in that story he wrote about a bachelor guy, whom is asked by his mother why he has not married. The charecter told himself only he was lovetoy of his mother's friends. They were wives and he look at a woman he thinks evry woman same to his mother's friend. I think JPB HAS MRS ROBINSON SYNDROME!

This chapter is just too disjointed with the first to chapters to be a pleasant read.

The relationship with Stu went right off my shit-o-meter I could not justify in my own mind the fact that she kept right on screwing good ol stew after the husband went back to the back stabing slut. He will definately be sucking up fresh creampies with that oinker!

I always knew you were a really weird character, but it seems that this story marks you as much weirder than expected. You have been able to concoct a character who is absolutely the dumbest, most non-thinking husband ever in a LW story. It absolutely took an author with no sense of boundaries of any kind to accomplish that.
