Could I find error or could I suggest change; mayhaps, but I have no need or desire to do so. Instead I rest now to share the glory of "The Regiment" in their well deserved moment of peace and rest for I too was at Roumel with Rowan!!

This is one of only two stories on lit which I believe would make excellent, hollywood-shattering movies, without any edits to their plotline. (Though, admittedly, this one would probably need to be rated X.)

I'm surprised Rowan hasn't asked the Foole if his sword can do other things as well. I remember back to when Rowan and Gwenda were first together and bleeding out through wounds. Couldn't they have used this flaming sword to sear the wound closed? Or couldn't he use his sword to light his opponents on fire like a flame thrower?
