Horrible way to portray a Muslim man and Islam in general

I myself am a Muslim man living in America. All I hear are people saying how men who follow Islam degrade women and I am appalled to see someone write an erotic story that makes it seem like Muslim men have the right to abuse women. First off Islam makes it clear to treat ALL women with respect, CERTAINLY not to degrade them. I can personally guarantee that nowhere in the Quran does it state that women are inferior to men. So many people are uneducated about Islam including people who ironically call themselves Muslim. A prime example would be the terrorists and Islamic extremists all over the world but primarily in the Middle East and Africa. They don't know half of what being a Muslim requires. After the deeds they commit they shouldn't even have the right to be called human. Another example would be a wide majority of people living in countries such as the Western countries like the US and European countries. So many people think Islam is all about cruelty and degradation because of the terrorists but ironically those so called "Muslims" are the most uneducated and hypocritical of them all. I know this story is just someone's personal fantasy but as a fellow Muslim living in America I just wanted to try and shed at least a little light on Islam.
