It would be ok to write the story where the husband calls the police then bursts in and pulls his wife out.. imagine how many civil actions just from the encounter after the police arrive. the first guy would pay anything to avoid a rape charge and branded a sex offender for life.
the story was ok I guess in composition, but I can never condone or show any appreciation of a scenario, using date rape drugs, or being under the influence of alcohol. a penalty would be to remove the genitals of the perpetrator, male or female, so I would know that my daughter or grand daughter or wife wouldn't have to suffer through the aftereffects of such a crime, along with my neighbors, and families kids.
