No Negotiated Limits?

So the reader is supposed to believe that the "Pet" has no negotiated limits? He agreed to be drugged? What has his mistress done to warrant such unlimited trust?

This chapter turned an interesting theme into a headlong rush into "how far can I push him down into depravity, and at what speed?"
