As I said before, this is likely your best story. <p>

The format you've chosen allowed you to tell the story in a simpler and yet more realistic style. While I lost interest towards the end --- because for some reason I was expecting a little more than what I saw and I am not even talking about how the killer guy exit (he's on deathrow anyway, so how he exited didn't matter to me; but what happened to the others, especially his daughters... I thought you sort of just let those more interest angles go in a wimper... <p>

For a story that immediately took hold of my interest from the outset --- at least until you allowed the two guys to talk about nothing but how the convict fuck this or that woman/wife... to me, that's just total nonsense... they held very little interest for me --- I was expecting it to continue to hold my fascination.... but, again, about 2/3 of the way in, when the sex dialogues started, I just lost a bit of interest... <p>

To me, it would have been really interesting to see how the story veering towards the ex-wife and especially the two daughters the convinct never got to know. <p>

As well, if you had gone into his illegal KILLING activities, which he the character said must never be discussed --- and THAT is a very believeable thing, by the way. In Vietnam, a lot of Americans DID a lot of EXTREMELY HEINOUS and IN-HUMAN THING to the Asians, the "enemies"... McCain's bone and rib breaking dished out at the "Hanoi Hilton" was NOTHING compared to the heinous crimes YOUNG Americans were SPECIFICALLY trained to do to Asians, the "enemies," during the War... <p>

So the convict's wanting HIS activities in Vietnam to stayed forever buried... to me, that was really real. You could have gone into that, too, and it would have been more interesting than how he fucked all of the INTERVIEWER's cheating ex-wife's 4 friends... whom were a whole bunch of idiots who would fuck ANY man for any thing, from attention to money,,, so the convict fucking the writer/interview's ex wife and her 4 friends silly,,, to me, was NOT very exciting... <p>

Again, the convict's unholy activities in Southeast Asia and the destroyed life/family he HAD, when his cheating wife wrote him the Dear John letter, while he was fighting in the jungle of Vietnam and likely Laos (the Secret War, where mostly only the CIA was authorized to take part in) .. and the two daughters he loved above all else and never really got to know (except from observing from afar, without them knowing)... those TWO areas would have been much more interesting, exciting, and powerful to end this story with... <p>

After all, he BEQUEATHED all his money/wealth --- which was quite considerable --- to (1) his EX wife who cheated him out of a good, happy life and (2) his two little daughters (who are of course now grown young woman in college), NONE of whom knew that they're getting all his considerable money.... none of whom knew he INHERITED quite a bit of wealth from his folks... <p>

Luckily, again YOUR FORMAT of the story --- that the interviewer/writer --- is writing the life story of the convinct, his once-best-friend in grade school.... fortunately THAT FORMAT (fictitious device of your own creation), should allow, IF YOU WANT, to continue on with this very good story. <p>

Again, if you had been able to sustain this story like the first half or 2/3, this would have been one of the best little stories out there. Nonetheless, I still think it is likely your very best story so far... And you know how critical I am of stories...;o/

Nice and sexy follow-up. But I want to read more about the other convictions granted to the other deserving criminals.
