An excellent second chapter - you managed to expand his use of his powers beyond his mother (it would seem unbelievable if he got these powers and ONLY used them on her) but still continued the main story with his mother. No matter who else he uses his power on in each chapter, you should always move the mother/son story forward. And you're continuing to make it even hotter by him giving her suggestions in increments instead of just going right for sex, which is great.
Perhaps future suggestions could include kissing, showering together, sleeping together (just sleeping, but in the same bed), making her lust after him, and instigating more lesbianism between her and her friend. Just keep building slowly, don't rush right to the end.
Found a failure
In the last part the protagonist calls his mom "mom" and not by her first name. Please correct it.
