Good bridge

Nice story. The part where he describes Gwenda's ralying call gives me goose bumps just thinking about. And a good bridge to lead to the next part pf the Weaver's Tale. For a moment I was convinced this was the next major installement, because I thought the gleaman from part 1 had reapeared in the tavern and Ata was one seventh of the goddes of magic. Would have been fun, but I undertsand that you stick the major story parts to the sword.

Keep up the good work.

good and honourable tale

This whole writ is even true today
where old men
send young men
off to war,
many to no return

O' yes wave the flag of God Family and Country
or push upon the the white feather of scorn
ov'r ride their sensibilities of the fallacies of war
force them to where there is no return

For all of us there is a point where honor abides
where we go off to protect our families homes and way of lives

And day-mares come roaring back when I read of his and Alta's.

After 43 years the tears flow all too easy but perhaps their loss saved others or it was all for not.
