Brilliant

The hallmark of your entire series has been not only the wonderful pacing and attention to detail, but the realism of the dialogue and emotions of the characters. It would be nice to get to see a little more of Tom's life as a college student, however. As I said, you do a great job with the detail of your stories, but this is one aspect that isn't really explored.

Interesting story, but the guy is a bit stuffy in a British sort of way

Maybe that is why there are so many UK phrases in the text, many more than a US born writer would use in a story located in the USA. Well, maybe an Anglophile would use all those phrases. Still, it is an interesting story.
