Loving the story (brilliant describing the connection between the siblings and their dark pasts), but the sister, Megan, just pissed me off at the end of this chapter!
Yeah, the grammar mistakes are annoying. But I just keep reading and ignore them. The author worked hard and for free to put out an enjoyably heartfelt sexy story, so I'm not going to worry about a few mistakes.
I always hated that saying... Love, a disease that affects the body and mind. Over love wars have been fought. Men, women, and children have been killed. So much tragedy, heartache and wounds have been caused in the name of love. Yet... we are so much more with it. Love can mend those damages that have been done to us. Maybe not completely fix it, but give it a damn good start. Seeing Mark and Megan in the positions they are in, it is very dangerous for them both. On one hand we have a man who fights to show his superiority, and wishes to dominate all who test him. He does this to protect the fact that he is compassionate and sensitive at heart. The only person who he has truly opened himself to, become vulnerable to is a woman who has twisted much of their familial bond into something strange, alien, and dark. Megan herself carries scars, both physicaly and emotionally, and I wonder if this character actually knows the game she is playing. The worst things in life we can do are telling lies to ourselves...the lie she is telling herself is that she is in control. It is very obvious right now that she does not hold the reins in this relationship. I take that back, she does hold the reins, but only because Mark has not taken them from her. She is allowed the power, but that is not true power...not at all. Sincerely, PB

laid vs lay, were vs we're and on and on
And for those of you who complain about Grammar Nazis, it really does ruin the flow of the story when you have to stop and say "oh he meant THAT."
