You handled this well, and with commendable restraint: it's 'naughty', but not salacious. Kathy's cheeky flash in the closing moments hints more may happen as the holiday progresses, but I'd argue anything stronger than mutual nudity (skinny dipping?) and maybe having sex in view of Cari and our narrator might wreck the atmosphere you've built up. (Points, too, for giving Cari a name; I find stories where the partner is simply referred to as "my wife" a trifle impersonal.)
