Intriguing start, combining what seems to be a succubus story and an immortal. Throw in the fearful side of the protagonist and I look forward to seeing how it develops!

It's simple, too the point and great set up for what will hopefully be a successful story. The other thing I like is that you've laid the the basic rules for where, who and how things run in their Demon world. Well done!
