Part 1 starts out great, and then future parts go down from there. most disappointed by author of much better stuff. Please rewrite from after part 1

The first chapter wasn't all that great. Not very believable or plausible, and it just got worse through the remaining three chapters. I'm not likely to read anything else by this author.
