Alexxxis is terribly flattered,

Feeling that she finally mattered.

Could it be true?

Is it taboo?

Her thoughts are truly scattered.

Rob says he's getting up in years,

I doubt that he has any peers.

He wrote a ballad,

He knew it was valid.

He writes like William Shakespeare.

Rob M'Dear writes to humorize,

About a girl he must idolize.

She has little nips,

Same as her hips,

But it was her kitty that got exercise!

So thank you again for this treat,

It was so fun, so kind and sweet.

I like your older age,

You are like a sage,

But I don't want your heart to overheat!

It elicited more than a couple of chuckles. Alex may be blushing but your work is something to be proud of.

You expressed so beautifully what so many of us older men feel about the most sassy, high spirited and talented young Alexxxis.

I never realized how hard it was to write limericks until she laid down that challenge and tip my hat to you sir for doing it so humorously and with such panache.
