Seriously man, aside from the editing errors your work has, the story was astounding. Admittedly at this point, I want to skip all of this and just head back to the present. You showing a glimpse of it kind of ruined it for me. But nonetheless, the characters are amazing, plot development (if only it was chronological), and descriptions were spot on. I feel myself connecting with Megan and her ups and downs.

Beside Megan being manipulative, and no communication happeneing...hmm. It's frustrating. The father figure here seems to be a good man, if a little clueless. A lot of Mark's problems seem like they could be helped by letting the father in. Mark is not the first or the last to be hurt, instead the problems are being suppressed by Megan and her actions. Wow. Just, wow. Yes, story is hot and steamy, no question. Just seems like an odd path to take in the area of healing. Hope everything comes out all right in the end. Sincerely, PB

Your story is old but I'm reading through chapter 12. But I guess why Doug is mad about Mark. Is that for Mark telling him about his love for Megan?
