Short, but Good

The descending action and conclusion were rather abrupt, but a good story flow other wise. My only other complaint is that the fox spirit you wrote about sounds more like a Kyuubi. A Kyuubi is a Korean fox demon that preys on young men who get lost in mountains or forests. They take the form of a beautiful young maiden, who offers the weary traveler a hot meal and shelter for the night, only to kill the traveller in his sleep.
