It is a handsome pay indeed when a reader will take a moment to say thank you and perhaps even a "you suck!" is some form of feedback, although imprecise. I must admit I'm glad that, so far, I have not had a comment as imprecise as "you suck!"
Enjoyable
Nice pace to your writing. Your way of imparting the background of characters through the story itself, as opposed to isolating that information in introductory paragraphs, was a nice way to start enjoying your story line right away. It's also a technique that pulls readers into the scenes. Thank you for a brief but really good read.
