The story was well written, but as someone who knows people in the life of BDSM, there is one correction I need to make in your title; when you are talking about a Dom and sub relationship, it's D/s; subs are submissive therefore don't get the capitalized letter.
The only other change I would make is this: when you are writing a story and you have a quotation, unless you put in the person's name, you don't capitalize the first word after the quotation marks.
"He's so lame," she said. Or "He's so lame," Carrie said.
