One of my original favourites from when I first started reading from the gay category and still hot now!
When I first started to read this story I found it well written in terms of empathy. What I felt for the main character, his curiosity and anxiety was helped along first by clever use of suggestion and a little sexual tension and led my imagination into overdrive the way it ended at the cliffhanger...
There was a nice element of chemistry in the lead's nervous approach and his gay neighbour's straightforward openness and what perfected it for me was the lack of dialogue in the second half and the concentration on the lead character's perspective as he came to the point of no return!
Why the hell couldn't I have neighbours like these???
Very hot and somewhat realistic...
Great job -- looking forward to reading the rest!
Somebody left his kettle on the boil!
