we need to know more, especially suzys going back to school and meets up with some jocks, chererleaders and/or teachers. suzy gets implants, and maybe go on hormones.

You might want to think of a section where he explores the possibility of an actual sex change.
Another possibility; one where the family decides to make his girl change permenant in the house. He forgets his maleness.
