This presents a nice picture to the minds eye but I think it could do with tightening up to make it more poetic and less like prose with line breaks

Personally, I like the prose style to it. It shows your mind was flowing freely when you were inspired to write this beautiful piece. I found myself interperating it as describing life more than actual scenery.
