Past Tense

A clear and lovely paeon to the kind of bookstore I'd love too, but too many extra words that could come out and maybe some of the longer lines could be broken up, too. Good pacing and I like the ending a lot more than the more explantatory beginning. Editing would make this a strong, fascinating piece imo.

Sounds like the kind of place I would haunt. I agree with Angeline; it needs a little bit of a trim but its solid and I think with a trip to the gym, it could be a corker. I love the love letter thing.

and this seems to want to go somewhere, *as if you where trying to get a double use from the title, but changed your mind.

I went to a Uni like this one. A really good idea but maybe a bit wordy - but I say that a lot so maybe not. My critical faculties are obscured by memories.
