You wrote this well. Perhaps you could develop this to where women in general would take a more empowered position at home and the work-place (as hinted at the end re the CEO)
Where women were looked upon as the knowers, guides and doers- who were experienced while men were more naive and innocent. No whips, chains or denial mechanisms. Just that men felt they need the woman's hand to feel right about having sexual feelings explored and experienced. The idea would be to see what it would be like to take the husband's surrender of control and initiative into an everyday natural assumption of life and relationships. Good work.
