M Chan -chinese or japanese

Chan,chang,chieng,etc is a popular surname used by Chinese thruout the world and has never been a Japanese one. Tje writer if he is a Canadian has made a error not worth the story. I give you a 1 for rampant mixture of cultures not native to you.

"-chan" is a suffix, dummy.

Hey Anonymous - "chan" is a suffix Japanese put behind the name of a female to show affection. Learn some cultures first before you criticize. Keep it up JKun. Love to hear more about your adventures.
