This is organized and it flows

so I get a feeling for this workplace even though I'm unfamiliar with most of the terms you use. You've got almost a call and response sort of pattern to define most of the terms readers won't know, and that is a good device because you provide the information without losing the poetry. Otoh you could have put all this in a context of something in particular being filmed and it might have made for a more lively poem. It's good as is but just a thought for one way to expand it. :-)
