I love this. A vivid picture of the beach on a wet day. I could smell the salt. Just lovely. Five.
Favourite time
I live on the beach and my favourite time is when it's stormy, cold and rough - all the tourists leave! The ocean and the beach are much more interesting in "bad" weather and you've captured this. "Leaning into gasping blasts" is so true!
