As a fictional story this has a wide range of emotion flowing through it. I can sense a lot of tension in the story between the characters. I could see this tension building and at some point causing a real problem between the characters, so you've set it up for another chapter.
However if this were a real situation, as a submissive I'd be running for the door and not looking back. I would never want to be with a Dom that holds my feelings in such low regard. While as an owned submissive myself I would never go against my Master's wishes, I also know he would never make me do the very things in this story because he knows how I feel about these things. A good loving Dominant always keeps the feelings of his submissive in mind even as he may chastise or punish her.
