This is my first story. If I could reedit, I would correct the 6 or 7 errors I found since then and several bits of clumsy dialogue.

I would also add "there is no direct sex in this story". At least no human sex.

for your first start, you performed well. some mistakes were made,but not enough for the crowd to boo you. by your title, folks would expect you to perform more like the current fastball hurler StangStar06, you reminded me more of the curve ball artist HOF, HDK. great first start! keep 'em coming!

Two Things

First, I agree with the above commenter: This is far more reminiscent of HDK than of Stangstar. It was witty, had a twist at the end, and was very well done.

Second, unlike the Stangstar--who insists on always using the newest models--you had the true taste to use an absolute classic, the '65 Shelby. I've begged Stangstar to use at least one pre-1967 Mustang, but he refuses. You, on the other hand, instinctively went right for perfection in this, your first attempt.

I really do love sweet-sour pork. It was clear from the moment he stopped just joy riding and became a vandal that we were in a revenge story. Still I did feel sorry for the car.... Look out for Herbie!

I think it needs more depth and deeper revenge.

I really enjoyed this short story.

The errors will never go away entirely. We all make them, but they will become less obvious and readers are pretty forgiving. Thanks for the fun read.

For a first story you've done well. I've seen a few of your reviews to other stories but for the life of me I can't remember any of them. Nice to see you've step up to the plate and put something forward.

I give this the full thumbs up, you deserve it, even with the few errors it was easy to read. A little advice...I'd be looking for somewhere to hide because what Jimbo did to Frank will look like a Kindagarten picnic when Stangman gets hold of you...lol

replace the shelby with something connected to the beatles and you have an hdk story.
