Good start. I like the idea of the gift to each alpha. It's a unique idea. I would recommend getting an editor which you can get through the site so that you can just have some rough edges smoothed down and grammatical and spelling errors caught. Aside from that, it's a good start and I like that you tend to describe things with lots of details. That's always important so the reader can draw a picture in their mind. Keep writing. Looking forward to more.
