I know this probably sounds lame, but I thought of it after I wrote my other idea. The mother bring part of an ancient cult based witchcraft almost put down by the Czar, but flourished under Lenin and Stalin, and incest is part of a ritual.

It was pretty good until you had to go anal. Should have kept going the way you started, with just her mouth. But that would have taken imagination to think of things she could do with her mouth.
