Overall, this is being a wonderful story. I'm glad you wrote in that Kendall and Annie are getting along well, and it doesn't hurt the plot that the grandparents don't REALLY want to raise Annie.

It has to do with...
Blood flow and how much heat the muscles and skin are exposed too. The latter would be more likely in this case.
Another chapter ending in a plot-changing question! Now I have to wait for Ch 09! Great stories!! I guess asking you to write faster would sound kinda silly. ;-))
