i wonder

if losing each last line would hurt this too much?

i enjoyed the imagery, its brooding nature. the idea of thoughts like moths, dry-winged and fluttering works for me, though the actual wording of L3 feels as if it could be tweaked a little.

you're always an interesting read, mike, and your writing revolves around the imagery you word-paint - very visual work.
