Holy crap!

That was so real it nearly makes one wonder if it actually happened. "Are they gonna do it?" was a question constantly running through my head. In retrospect, the conclusion was inevitable, however, I was full of anxiety because the characters didn't know what was going to happen! I thought your story was perfect; it was like a tiny short story with the right amount of suspense and passion.

I think what you meant was "Not everyone is cut out for the rat race..." The way you expressed it actually means, "No one is cut out for the rat race..." and I'm sure that wasn't your intent.
