Meh....

The grammatical errors did this story in. It challenging to write 1st person present tense, further this needed more meat to be tagged 'drama'.

Also you were all over the place and the story lacked consistency. First you started talking about him dumping you and then it ended with him rubbing his face in the crotch of your used underwear.
