The problem with this story ... since Dan and Alice are supposed to be from Europe they should know that on ordinary(!) beaches almost half the women are in fact going topless. And even full nudity isn't such a problem in many areas even though those spots are usually a bit seperated from the ordinary beaches. So I can't really relate with the problem Alice seems to have. She should be used to it.
