just started recently reading some of these awesomes stories, but i do have to say that this story was by far the best one i have came across and cant wait for the continuance!

How's that title for articulate? I'm a budding writer at the age of 58, but I've been a voracious reader for 52 of them. If you're not writing for a living, you're crazy. I constantly read and reread my favorite authors, W.E.B. Griffin, Tom Clancy, Stephen King, James Clavell...the list is endless. I will tell you that you have been added to my lists of rereads. You have a pretty fair command of our vernacular, but it's also easy to tell you're a Brit of some stripe, please excuse me for not knowing for sure. My ignorance of Australians, New Zealanders, Hong Kong yan, and other places where the British accent are native, is sadly limited...I'm betting in this case though, we're dealing with a European. Americans don't chat up anyone, more's the pity, and you have a much better command of the language than we do.
Your story was well plotted, your characters were believeable and well developed. I read it from start to finish in one sitting and wanted more. OUTSTANDING!

This Dutch guy was smitten with the story, great plots, very detailed set up. Every time I was torn away to do other stuff I just wanted to continue.

Sisters

A well written story. HOWEVER, the relationship of interest IS Kyle and his sisters NOT Kyle and secretary. The underlying plot was the strength of the story, NOT Kyle and Patricia.

One thing to add, since a previous commenter mentioned the "taught"/"taut" mistake: a nitpick of mine is that you kept saying "discrete" (which means separate) when you meant to say "discreet" (which means circumspect and unobtrusive). It's a pretty jarring mistake and I hope you fix it in future drafts.

This is an amazing story. I signed onto literotica five hours ago looking for some quick wank material and then just got completely sucked into the story. The plot, the characters, and the writing was nearly perfect. I tried to stop reading around p.20 so I could go to sleep but I just needed to know what happened next so I fired up the laptop and kept reading.

Took two evenings to read the story, so much better to get the story at one time than to get it (maybe) over a matter of months. I have started so many stories that the author did not post the final chapters or took months between chapters then got tired of the project and ended it in an artificial manner. Great Story, hard to classify, too bad literotica does not allow multiple classifications as this was a combination of two or three classifications. Well Done!

I have to admit that I was also initially put off by the length of the story, but now I have read it, I am very glad that you didn't put it in the Novels section, as I never go there. I simply downloaded it to my phone using the new Literotica app for Android and read it in installments over two days. You have written a wonderful story, where the sex is a bonus. Excellent beginning to an epic! I was quickly drawn into the storyline and had a hard time putting it down (closing it). Especially liked the developing relationship between "I don't want to fall in love" Patricia and the already smitten Kyle. Would like to see more Threads developed - more of Kyle and Patricia and particularly, some stolen nights for Kyle with Kara and/or Katie.......... Perhaps, you should think about writing full-time, if you don't already!

I have never been so drawn in to a story like I have with this and I would very much like to see the continuation of it.

Well Written

I started reading this and couldn't put it down. I actually found myself skipping over one of the sex scenes because I wanted to find out what happened to the charectors!

My only criticism is how you dealt with the main's relationship with Patricia at the end. I get you needed to free him up to continue the story, but you go from her being jealous to saying they should be casual too abruptly IMO. It felt like toward the end you decided to change Patricia from the romantic lead without going back and addressing the changes in the earlier chapters.

Still, it was a great read and you are an excellent author! I'll be watching to see what else you post.

One other thing. I'm actually glad you decided to post all the chapters at once! I read it in two sittings. I had to remember (gasp) where I was in the story and go there. It didn't feel like rocket science at all...lol.

Great story

I saw the number of pages and passed it up the other day. Went back when I had time and broke into two readings. Length is good at times and it doesn't matter if this was broken in 100 chapters. People spend the amount of time reading they choose. I'm not going to argue where the story is located, I really liked it. I can't help feeling the author and I write in similar styles; although JammyJimmy has better command than I do. One of these days I will submit something that is long and for more than a quick thrill. Good job JJ

When I first saw the story posted and started reading, I thought "The first page is a little slow for my liking," then I saw how many pages it was and looking at the time just bookmarked it, figuring I would come back and read it. A few days latter I started reading again and eventually added another bookmark, I am not really a fan of novels but the story kept me locked to my chair for a couple of hours at a time adding a new bookmark when needed.
As I was reading, I thought about the time it would take to write it and I also thought about it as a book or film. This story shows an amazing amount of time and effort went into it by a truly talented author. There were very few typos or mistakes considering the number of pages and that impressed me also as it is one of the things that bugs me the most.
There were only a few quirks that I found, but they only added to the depth of the story.
I look forward to the next installment.
