A chaise lounge is a remarkably cheap thing. Even a girl could have destroyed it and gotten loose. But why bother? Either call a friend to come let her loose or call the cops, have them let her lose and arrest his sister. She deserves it and jail time would have taught her a good lesson. But not even a complete moron stays tied up for very long. And if it goes the way you wrote it? I think she gets up off the lounger and beats the crap out of her sister, sending her to the hospital. Stupid story about people that are complete idiots.
