One little formal detail though. Currently new pronouns are developing for hermaphrodites ("it" is considered rude to use). Shi for he/she, hir for his/her and shir for sir/mam/madame are considered the favorites for true herms. There are separate ones for cyclic/choice based hermaphrodites, but that may or may not come up and often they just may go with their current gender state. Otherwise perfect! I also will always love the inside joke that Dolmen Drive was discovered by accident and that even the experts think it makes no sense. It does have a good set of ups and downs for excellent plot-spinning.
