A bit confused over Catherine's status as Lady Berwick, which is mentioned near the end. Is this because she was married to one of the sons and therefore is a member of the family? If so, why does she get a title, with Charles mother still living, or is it just a matter of time till that title passes to her? So, what happens to James wife, as he was the eldest son, would not she be first in line for the title?
I am just a mere Colonialist and not up on my peerage issues.
Boo! I was rooting for Kathleen.
Still 5 stars, keep it going.
