Amazing.
I just read both of the stories In this series, and I am very impressed. You give your readers what they want, but in your own personalized way.
I can't wait for the next installment of this series, and my only real request is that you expand your vocabulary just a bit. This is not meant to be an insult, but as a friendly way to help you grow as a writer.
You used a few words just a little too much, such as "scent," in both these lovely stories.
Once again, I'm not trying to be "That Guy," I'm just trying to let you know what I think would help you grow as a writer. You are free to do as you wish!

Very close to real life
Sad that young people have to go through such harsh circumstances, and wives suffer as much as the husbands.
