I'd hope that it's obvious that the story is *not* intended as a realistic portrayal, but rather a fantasy. That aside, it is actually not uncommon for women to orgasm during rape. It's something that can make recovery psychologically more difficult. Though, of course, orgasm does not imply consent or justify rape.
