Definitely very hot

In a perfect, disease-free world...

I cannot imagine being anxious to introduce a total stranger's body fluids into MY body in this day and age of significant disease threats! Yes, I HOPE I can trust my Sweetie to be cautious about her health (and mine!). BUT, I would rather see the very recent medical summary!
This story tries too hard to get into the hot stuff without much character or plot(what's THAT?) development! That makes it come across as somewhat desperate!
