Wow! I am certainly hooked. I can't imagine how the girl would feel. Why would her father do such a thing? Why did the guy say the family wouldn't ever want for anything? There is no family. I don't know how I can feel about Dominous given the last paragraph where he is getting off on her emotional reaction. Seems pretty horrible. Please let her say goodbye to her father and ask why he'd do it. Would he really sell his children so he could live out his life comfortably? I'd like to see the kids or at least sylvia hear that from him. Can't wait for more. I hope this guy isn't a total bastard. I can't imagine how these kids could feel. I am hesitant looking at the tags b/c here these kids have to adjust to being sold into slavery by their own father and then may have to adjust to bdsm. You have me intrigued! And I love vamps

good beginning

story sounds similar to beauty and the beast but with a little "twist" to it--liking it so far...looking forward to the next installment (s) :) :) :)

Some problems i found with this story

I think the theme and story is great but i found some things that just dont seem realistic.

The first thing is the way Valeria readliy belives a total stranger. At least she would have gone to her father to ask him if what Dominus said was true instead of going through all the emotions of being sold directly after hearing what he said.

If someone belived everyting other people said irl they could be classed as mentally ill or at least unstable.

Then my other problem is that the father sold both his sons and daughters. When treating daughters as objecta to sell off into marriage was common the same thing with boys would have been unthinkable. If nothing else could be done I can see the father selling the daughters and younger brothers but selling the oldest son, the heir to him is something a roman would have never agreed to.

Thats the problems i found with this story but otherwise I really liked it and I look forward to reading the following chapters.

Will you please submit Chapter 2?

You have a very brilliant story here, so I don't understand why you haven't continued it. Come on Lynn_Elliot, please don't keep us, your readers, waiting any longer. We all want to know what happens next. PLEASE? PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE!

Wow!!!!

This story has so much potential. I thoroughly enjoyed this chapter, but surely there is more to come? This is just the beginning. Sylvia and her siblings have to now go to the Vampire's home to live with him, to be slaves. I want to follow Dominus and Sylvia's story so much, but I can't if you don't write chapter 2. Please, I'm dying here, the suspense is killing me. ;) Please update. :)
