Goddammit. Perhaps you think that is inappropriate. It's what came to mind immediately as she invited him to stay as long as she could have him. Wow. Some of the description at the beginning of the story reminded me of my youth. My parents paid my way through the U of M, that is one significant difference. If I knew, Hell, even imagined, that I would run into the professor, I would have worked full time to cover my expenses at school. Great story, Earl.
