Excellent!

Very nice addition to the story. It really adds a more natural feel to a sticky situation with the other owner as well and Sarah's current state of mind.

I love Patricia! I would've been howling my ass off at Sarah, too. :0) Also, I hope Sarah mentions to Derrick that Vincent almost tripped over himself in a rush to sell his half of the restaurant. Wassup with that? Really enjoying this story.
