Good start

I enjoyed it. Looking forward to seeing where it goes. I also read the prologue, and it was a very good start at setting up the world.

Very interesting start!

This reads like a cross between Omega Man and The World, the Flesh and the Devil. One thing I hope you do in the future is double check your spelling (peeled of). This chapter was better than the first in that respect.
