you can do this in 8 lines
Is she not beautiful?
Is she not hot?
Is she not sexy?
If not Mom, Then who to love?
Why touch useless breasts?
Why want strangers' pussies?
Why penetrate ordinary vaginas?
When I have Mom here?
Her nipples still secrete heavenly bliss
maybe 9 last line in context is actually pretty good
a four, but do a little editing next time, cardinal rule of poetry, don't bore too much of too often
