Discipline

is important to most subs. Not because we're sadistic, but because we need it to keep us focused and keep us obeying the rules. When I cry, it's therapeutic. I know that I've been properly disciplined and it starts the process of forgiveness. I love it when he closes our discipline sessions with his fucking my face. It's then that I know I've been forgiven.
